The new fee structure did go into effect for all renewing and new memberships, and you will need to enroll for the 2025-2026 school year.
The Boys & Girls Club of Watertown Main Club Site is available to youth in grades 1st – 12th for the 2025 year.
Once children have completed Kindergarten, they are then eligible to join the Club.
HOW TO JOIN
1) Complete the ONLINE Membership registration by clicking HERE
Please visit our “How-To-Guide” for questions on the online registration. Online membership registration does require a credit/debit card to purchase with a 4% convenience fee. **Membership fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable**
2) Print off or use pdf fill for completing the required Food Service Form
One Food Service form per family is required.
Please return any hard copy Food Service form to the Boys & Girls Club Administrative Office at the Main Club Site. You may also email the Food Service form to clubinfo@bgcofwatertown.com
3) Brand NEW members along with a parent/guardian are required to attend an orientation.
Brand NEW members along with a parent /guardian will be required to attend an in-person orientation before attending the Club. These are held twice a month on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, pre-registration is NEEDED.

4) A $5 Day Pass option is only available for Grade 1-4 non-Club member use:
Day passes for grades 1-4 are $5 a day and available only during summer and no-school days. There will be no day passes available for grades 5-12.
5) Meal Times
Afterschool Supper: 3:30-4:45pm
No School Days & Summer Hours Breakfast: 8:00-9:00am
No School Days & Summer Hours Lunch: 11:30-1:00pm
No School Days & Summer Hours Snack: 3:00-4:00pm
