HOW TO JOIN

1) Complete the online Membership Form Registration 

Please visit our “How-To-Guide” for questions on the online registration.  Online membership registration does require a credit/debit card to purchase.

2) Print off or use pdf fill for completing the required Food Service Form 

One Food Service form per family is required. 

Please return any hard copy Food Service form to the Boys & Girls Club Administrative Office at the Main Club Site.  You may also email the Food Service form to clubinfo@bgcofwatertown.com

3) Brand NEW members along with a parent/guardian are required to attend an orientation. 

Brand NEW members along with a parent /guardian will be required to attend an in-person orientation before attending the Club. Orientations take place Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, there is no need to pre-register.  Please see Member Hours Calendar tab located to the right of this screen for complete list of orientation dates.

Afterschool Supper: 3:45-5pm                                                              

No School Days & Summer Hours Breakfast: 8:30-9:30am                       

No School Days & Summer Hours Lunch: 11:30-1:00pm                  

No School Days & Summer Hours Snack: 3:00-4:00pm

Non-members grade 1-12 may purchase a $2.00 day pass per day.  Cash or check only for day pass purchase.

Membership Fees are $25.00 per child per calendar year.

All Main Club Site memberships will expire on December 31st each year regardless of when memberships are applied for. New memberships will begin January 1st of each year. Membership fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable.  Online membership registration does require a credit/debit card to purchase.
