Join the Club – Boys and Girls Club of Watertown

If your child was NOT a current 2024 member, they will be eligible to attend the Club between now and May 2025 for $25.

If a child had a 2024 membership, no action will be required now with a membership renewal, until the child begins either the summer and/or fall programs.

Starting for summer 2025, the new fee structure will go into effect for all renewing and new memberships, and you will need to enroll for summer 2025 and/or the 2025-2026 school year.

The Boys & Girls Club of Watertown Main Club Site is available to youth in grades 1st – 12th for the 2025 year.

Once children have completed Kindergarten, they are then eligible to join the Club.

HOW TO JOIN

1) Complete the ONLINE Membership registration by clicking Membership Form

Please visit our “How-To-Guide” for questions on the online registration. Online membership registration does require a credit/debit card to purchase.

2) Print off or use pdf fill for completing the required Food Service Form

One Food Service form per family is required.

Please return any hard copy Food Service form to the Boys & Girls Club Administrative Office at the Main Club Site. You may also email the Food Service form to clubinfo@bgcofwatertown.com

3) Brand NEW members along with a parent/guardian are required to attend an orientation.

Brand NEW members along with a parent /guardian will be required to attend an in-person orientation before attending the Club. 4) A Day Pass option is available for non-Club member use:

Starting January 2025, day passes for grades 1-4 will be $5 a day and available only during summer and no-school days. There will be no day passes available for grades 5-12.
