2021 LIMITED SERVICES MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF WATERTOWN IS CURRENTLY OPEN FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF MEMBERS.
- For the safety of our youth and families, our services will be offered to a limited number of members.
- To be considered on the waiting list at this time, please complete the following online form. A member of our staff will be in contact with you once a place is available.
- If you are currently using the Club Main Site as part of the limited services, please fill out the new 2021 Membership Form for each member, along with a food service form for each household.
- At this time, we ask that only 1st – 4th grade youth apply. Current and new members will be considered for the program, beginning with the youngest applicants first.
- There is a chance that families with multiple children may not receive spots for all youth within their household.
- Youth will be placed in a group size similar to a classroom setting and they will stay with the same group in a different program area of the Club each day.
