Program attendance at the Boys & Girls Club of Watertown Main Site is available to youth entering grades 1st – 12th for the 2021-22 school year.  Once a child has completed Kindergarten they are then eligible to join the Club.  Beginning May 31st please list the grade your child will be going into for the 2022-23 school year.


1) Membership Fees are $25.00 per child per calendar year.

All Boys & Girls Club of Watertown memberships will expire on December 31st each year regardless of when memberships are applied for. New memberships will begin January 1st of each year. Membership fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 

2) Complete BOTH the Membership Form & Food Service Form 

One Food Service form per family is required, along with the membership fee of $25.00 to the Boys & Girls Club of Watertown.

Forms may also be picked up at the Boys & Girls Club Administrative Offices at the Main Site during regular business hours.

Please return these forms and payment to the Boys & Girls Club Administrative Office at the Main Club Site. 

3) All youth and parents/guardians are required to attend an orientation. 

Brand NEW members along with a parent /guardian will be required to attend an in-person orientation with a parent or guardian before attending the Club. Orientations take place each Tuesday at 5:30 pm, there is no need to pre-register.  Beginning May 12th, orientations will also be held Thursday at 5:30pm.  Please see hours calendar tab located to the right of this screen for complete list of orientation dates held on Tuesday and Thursday.

A membership at the Boys & Girls Club of Watertown opens the door for child in a safe, positive and fun environment in our newly renovated facility. The Boys & Girls Club of Watertown Main Club Site membership includes:

The Main Club site is open to children in grades 1 – 12 and offers a safe place for youth after school, on no-school days and during the summer months. The Main Club site features a games room, education center, art room, gymnasium, teen center, kitchen and lunchroom. While at the Boys & Girls Club, youth will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities to enrich the mind, body and soul.
